Calendar of Events

Attendance Policy

- Students are expected to attend ALL rehearsals and concerts.

- Students will sign in upon arrival at every rehearsal.

- 3 unexcused absences will result in removal from the choir.

o Absences will be excused with a written note and valid excuse (I forgot there was rehearsal is not valid J )

- 5 missed rehearsals (excused or unexcused) will result in removal from the choir.

o If you know in advance that your child can not make a rehearsal please provide a written note or email in advance of the rehearsal.

o If your child was sick please provide a written note at the next rehearsal.

Here are all of the currently known dates for rehearsals and concerts. Please be aware that additional performances may be added throughout the year. Any student who is going to miss a rehearsal should notify Mr. Peters in advance.
