Automated Email Reminders

If we are hosting your library catalog, we can set you up so an email is sent automatically.

The types of reminders are:

• • Loans becoming due in x days

  • Overdue books x days old

M5 can send an email to a patron a certain amount of days before the item is due as a reminder. It can also send an overdue notice based on how many days the item is overdue. If a patron's membership expires, it can send an email notice letting them know their membership is about to expire.

Not all notices are mandatory. Just let us know (automated email reminder request form) which ones you wish to activate.
