Go to Clever
Click on the Aeries app (it is red, white and blue)
Click “Forgot Password”
On the next page/window type your school email
To get your email address, go down to where you would check your battery level, click and open the box. At the top left of the box is a circle. Click the circle, and your email will pop up in a new little box.
Close the Aeries tab that you currently have open
Go back to Clever and find the Gmail app.
In Gmail, open the email at the top of your inbox that is from DoNotReply
Click the blue link in the email that says “Click Here”
Once you are taken back to Aeries, click “Next”
Then, create a new password following the rules below, and type it 2 times
Your password must be 8 characters long
Your password must have a number
Your password must have a capital letter
Your password must have a special character (#, $, ?, !, %)
*Make sure to write your password down in case you forget
On the next page, click on “Return to Login Page”
If your email address is not showing, you need to retype it in the log in box
Once you do that, you will probably also need to retype your password in the password box
IMPORTANT:
If a box pops up asking if you want Google to save your login information, please click the button to give it permission to save your information
Once your account is set up, it will take you to the home page and a box will pop up that says “something new is hatching”. Click “Try It”
PLEASE CHECK YOUR GRADES AND MISSING ASSIGNMENTS OFTEN, ESPECIALLY IF YOU’VE HAD ABSENCES!

Go Clever

Click “Create New Account”
Click “Student” & “Next”
On the next page/window type your school email 2 times (see below)
Then, create a new password following the rules below, and type it 2 times

Once you get to “Step 3” close the tab you are in
Open a new tab and check your school account email (go to Clever and find the gmail app)
Find the email that has MJUSDParentPortal as the sender
Open that email
Click the blue link that says “Confirm This Email Address”
Click “Return to Login Page”
Log yourself in with your district email and the password you created
This should take you to a page asking for the Student ID, VerifPASSCODE, and primary phone number
From there you should be sent to the Aeries dashboard

Click “Create New Account” (If you provided the district with your email address, you may have a partially set up account already. If you suspect that is the case, click "Forgot Password" instead).

Continue following the directions and use the codes (which you need to get from your child's teacher...Mrs. Greminger) when they are asked for
