Thanks for visiting the East Mooresville Intermediate School Music website! At EMIS, students have the opportunity to perform, create, and respond to music on a weekly basis. They learn to read and notate music through the use of their voices and other musical instruments like the recorder, xylophones, world music drums, and boomwhackers. Over the course of the year, students develop an appreciation for music history and world culture as they explore a variety of different musical works.
