The Maine Wing Encampment 2019 is scheduled from August 8 to August 17, 2019.  It will be held at the Bog Brook Training Site in Gilead, Maine.

 

Cadre participation dates will be from August 5 to August 17, 2019.

 

Registrations for the Maine Wing Encampment will open on March 1, 2019.  

 

To register, Student Cadre, Advanced Students and Students will need to submit the following forms: CAPF 60-80, CAPF 31, CAPF 160, CAPF 161 and CAPF 163 and a fee of $165.00.  

 

Registration forms will need to be filled out and mailed to CAP Maine Wing HQ Encampment, P.O. Box 5006, Augusta, ME 04333-5006 no later than June 30, 2019.  All fees must be paid in full with the registration paperwork.  Checks should be made out to Civil Air Patrol 

 

For those cadets in need of financial assistance for encampment, funding may be available through CAP's CEAP program. Financial assistance should be applied for as soon as possible, funding is limited. The program will begin accepting applications on March 1, 2019. Those senior members who are selected as staff will receive separate registration instructions.

 

All registration forms must be submitted through the US Mail.  There will be no electronic registration for this activity.

 

Students and Cadre registering from other wings than Maine Wing will need to contact their own Wing Commanders to obtain permission to participate in the Maine Wing Encampment.  

 

Registrations will close on June 30, 2019.  No late registration is planned as the June 30th date leaves plenty of time to register (approximately 120 days).
