Welcome back to the Wellness webpage. You will find the schedule here and information here about upcoming events in our Wellness classes during the school year.
Announcements
As the weather gets better, we will be going outside. Students are welcome to wear sunglasses, hats, sweatshirts, sun block etc... Students should also brig a full water bottle outside with them.

Thank you to the 193 Parents and Grandparents who attended their child's Cardio-Drumming class. It was a lot of fun. Our students really enjoyed having you attend class with them. Thank you also to our student leaders and assistants. You did a GREAT job!!

You are invited to attend our Annual Dance “Peek Week.”
Where: Flaherty Gymnasium, Memorial School.
When: March 10-16, 2023, during your child’s scheduled Wellness time.
Hosted By: Memorial School Wellness Department.
We will be engaged in our Rhythmics Unit during the months of February/March. In the past, as a culminating activity, we have extended an invitation to the adults to attend their child’s Wellness class.
Our event this year will be for the parents and guardians only.
Please email Miss O’Neil with any questions and with the date and time of your attendance, so that we may plan accordingly. (poneil@medwayschools.org)
When entering the building, please enter through the main entrance and check into the office. Please bring your driver’s license so the front office staff can issue you a badge.
