MHS AV Equipment Reservations - use this google sheet to reserve televisions/dvd players, optical projectors and overhead projectors. All equipment will be delivered to your room between 7:45am-8:15am.

MCSD Libraries - Muscatine's district-wide library program. includes links to district curriculum (information literacy, digital citizenship, technology, and love of reading) as well as digital citizenship resources for teachers and families.

AEA Digital Library - Digital media including movies, images, and digital documents. This collection is always growing and includes physical science, life science, earth science and financial literacy resources.

Mississippi Bend Area Education Agency

SNAP Resource Library - Print materials that can be checked out through AEA9 and delivered to the high school for use in your classrooms.

Faculty/Staff Library Policies

Library Visits - Faculty/Staff are encouraged to schedule all-class library visits with the library staff. Check the calendar or contact Mrs. Keltner to ensure that there is enough library space & staff help for students to best access all the library has to offer. Faculty/Staff are also welcome to send individual students or small groups to work during class periods and/or study halls. Please send students with a pass and/or notify the library staff of any specific instructions.

Library Materials - Faculty/staff may check out an unlimited number of books for a period of sixty (60) calendar days each. The check out period for other materials varies based on circulation demand. Materials may be renewed, although staff members are encouraged to purchase their own copies of any materials they need for more than sixty days.

Overdue Materials - Staff members will be notified that they have overdue items and given the opportunity to renew items via email. Fines will not be charged for overdue or lost/damaged materials.

A/V Media Equipment - Faculty/staff may reserve A/V equipment using the reservation sheet in the library. Equipment can be reserved for the entire school day or by class period. Materials are delivered to classrooms each morning by the A/V Associate.

Laminating - Laminating services are available to all staff members. Laminating is done by the library staff on Tuesday and Thursday only. Please leave papers/posters in the library workroom with name/classroom and we will return them when finished. Please respect the needs of others and the library budget when using this service.
