Welcome to Mrs. Madison's Fabulous Class!

My name is Shirley Madison. I am a graduate of Longwood University with a B.S. degree in Elementary Education. All of my teaching experience has been at Clarksville Elementary in the fourth grade. I truly LOVE what I do, and I am doing what I love! My mission is to foster a classroom where love and learning come to life. I set high expectations for ALL students and strive diligently to meet those goals. I want to make a positive difference in the lives of children.

I look forward to working with your child this year. Each new year offers new opportunities for your child to grow and mature, and this year should be no exception. I will be teaching your child Language Arts (Reading, English, Spelling, Writing). As we become involved in our classroom activities, we will be drawn into exciting adventures that make teaching and learning so captivating. Let's make this the BEST year ever!!!
