Meet Information
1. Throwing implements need to be weighed-in between 8:30 and 10:30.
a. Impounded implements need to be picked up after the event.
2. Starting Heights
a. High Jump: Boys 5'4", Girls 4'6"
b. Pole Vault: Boys 8'6", Girls 6'0" (The first 2 heights will go up by 9", then by 6" after that)
3. Only competing athletes can check themselves in.
4. Relay Cards need to be turned in when relays check in.
5. 1/8" Needle or Pyramid maximum spike length (Javelin runway is made of grass)
6. No Electronic Devices including cellphones, iPods, and Video Cameras are allowed in the competition area.
7. Only competitors are allowed in the competition areas and infield.
8. Athletes must come to the coaches for instruction.
9. Uniform must be worn as intended and tucked in. All relay members must wear black spandex or no spandex under their uniforms.
10. 7 Places will score on a 10-8-6-4-3-2-1 format with 8 to the Finals in all Field Events, the 100 meter dash and 100/110 meter hurdles.
