It is possible to adjust the system outlet pressure. Note that Maximator takes no responsibility for the consequences of operating at conditions other than the operational settings above.

The form on the left should be used to record the stroke counts for each booster monthly. If you have opted to receive reminders from us, you will receive a reminder email 30 days after your last reading with a link to this page.
Please operate on the same booster until it fails. This will keep the second booster in new condition to take over.
When you record the strokes, please also switch to the other booster and run a few hundred strokes to ensure that it continues to be in good condition, and that it maintains the pressure properly. Then switch back and continue to run on the original booster.
BOC and Maximator Have arrangements in place for the maintenance of this equipment. If you have any service issues, please call Maximator on 01606 636000.
A spare CO2 booster is kept at Maximator UK, dedicated to this installation. Service is by replacement. Once you notify us that a booster has failed, Maximator will visit site and replace the booster. The failed booster will be serviced and retained for the next service.
Lubricator information
Lubricator information
This unit has been installed with a high capacity lubricator. A CO2 booster system operates with liquid CO2, so the air used to drive the boosters must be very dry to avoid problems with icing. This can lead to O rings drying out and excessive wear, hence the need for the lubricator.
The oil in the lubricator should last for several months. The oil level should be checked monthly.
If a refill is required, use a good quality light machine oil. Maximator can supply this. See here for more info.
