Re-design of Applied Math Core Courses - started with my move to Tucson in January 2019 -- and done in collaboration with many other Applied Math faculty -- is largely complete. See https://appliedmath.arizona.edu/students/new-core-courses for details.
I have started to teach Math581a,b (then Math583a,b) in the fall of 2019. See course notes for the class -- soon to be turned into a book (or rather a leaving book) .
In the fall of 2022 I have taught a course on "inference, Learning & Optimization with Graphs and Networks" (Math 577). The course is based on another leaving book "INFERLO: Inference, Learning and Optimization in Graphical Models" which I am working on for the last 10+ years.
