URC2024 Schedule

2:45pm - 5:45pm On-Site Check-In, Hanksville Fire Station, Hanksville, UT
Teams will sign up for time slots in advance. All registered team members, advisors, drivers, etc. must be present during check-in.
Each attendee will be given a name badge which must be worn during all URC activities.

Each team's Chemical Safety Officer will meet with URC Officials to verify that the chemicals transported to URC match the
approved Chemical Safety Plan. Teams are required to bring printed copies of their approved chemical safety plan, and all
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs). Teams should not bring any chemicals to check-in!

4:00pm - 6:15pm URC2024 Meet and Greet BBQ, Sponsored by ProtoSpace Mfg, Hanksville Fire Station, Hanksville, UT
Join us for a welcome BBQ (food provided) and games. Each team member will receive 1 ticket for the BBQ during check-in.
Sponsor representatives will also be on-site to chat with teams throughout the event.

Teams will learn their exact competition time when the Detailed Competition Schedule is posted.

8:30pm - 11:00pm Outdoor Movie Night: Sponsored by ProtoSpace Mfg & Dukes Slickrock Grill
Note: This is an optional event! We realize that not all teams will be able to join based on schedules and lodging location.
Where: Duke’s Slickrock Campground (behind Duke’s Slickrock Grill)
Bring your team, along with blankets and chairs, and enjoy an outdoor movie under the stars. Drinks and popcorn will be provided.

5:00pm - 8:00pm URC Bar-B-Que and Awards Ceremony
This is a casual event, held at MDRS.
Relax, reflect, and share experiences with other teams, judges, and sponsors.
Bring your rover for "friendly competition" such as the always popular drag racing.
