About Me

Hello!

My name is Faiza, and I am an Early childhood Education Major. I am from Arizona and now that I am on the path to becoming a teacher, I am so excited to be a teacher in Arizona and to inspire my students as my teachers have inspired me. I love school and I love to learn, but I did not always have the teaching profession set in my sights. It was not until I became an America Reads tutor that I realized how much I liked to teach. There is no better feeling than helping a child to understand a concept that they have been struggling with. I am looking forward to becoming a teacher. In my free time, I try to stay active. I love to walk, reading. I enjoy settling down with a good book or watching a movie with my friends or family.
