About Me

Hello, my name is Destiny Lester and my major is Special Education and Elementary Education. I wish to teach Special Education in the Elementary level. I currently work as an Instructional Assistant in a special education K-1 classroom in the Mesa Public Schools District. I enjoy working with students and seeing them learn. I love the great outdoors to include camping and hiking. I also love to swim at the beach and in lakes. I enjoy giving back by volunteering in the community. I have volunteered for various events such as cleanups, and fundraisers. I am from California and love visiting family whenever possible.
