A Whole-School Transformation Process
The Leader in Me is a whole school transformation process, started by educators and is research based. It teaches 21st century leadership and life skills to students and creates a culture of student empowerment based on the idea that every child can be a leader. McDonough School will be taking on this very intensive process this school year in the hopes of creating our own culture of self-motivated, independent leaders. Content from The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People is a key component of the overall The Leader in Me process. It will be an exciting year ahead for our school as we embark on this process!
