The goal during the 1st phase of off-season training is to strengthen your body (November - February). It is important to remember to execute proper form and increase the weight when you can easily complete the required reps. During the off-season, work on improving your technique and skill level, trying new things to better yourself. Watch many games, focusing on how professionals play your positions, how they handle different situations and how they distribute the ball quickly.
