Initial Deep Cleaning Checklist

Kitchen

• Walls spot cleaned as needed
• Cabinet exteriors wiped clean
• Appliance exteriors cleaned; to include refrigerator, stove top, stove hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher
• Microwave interior
• Counter tops and back splash cleaned
• Sink and faucet scrubbed clean
• Dirty dishes loaded into dishwasher
• Garbage consolidated and cans relined
• Trim work INCLUDING BASEBOARDS wiped clean
• Floor mopped - sometimes steam mopped if heavy grime!

Bathrooms

• Walls spot cleaned as needed
• Cabinet exteriors wiped clean
• Thorough cleaning of tubs and/or showers
• Toilet interior and exterior
• Counters, backsplash, sink, faucet, drain
• Mirrors
• Trim work INCLUDING BASEBOARDS wiped clean

All Rooms/Remaining Rooms

• Hardwood furnishings wiped clean; dusted/polished
• Window treatments, ledges and sills are dusted/wiped clean
• Home decor is dusted; wall decor, picture frames, lamp shades
• Light fixtures dusted
• Ceiling fan blades are wiped clean (height restrictions apply)
• Light switch plates cleaned
• All interior doors wiped clean, front and back
• All floors swept/vacuumed/mopped accordingly
• Baseboards all handwashed
• All garbage cans emptied, relined, and consolidated in designated area

Notes:

• Initial Deep cleanings are the most time consuming cleanings, requiring our teams of four or more.
• Initial cleanings are the starting point for a cleaner, brighter, healthier home/business and the first step to beginning the regular maintenance cleanings.
• General pick-up of home/office must be done prior to scheduled cleaning.
• Each customer is provided with a customized checklist with their particular requests.
