Test Corrections/Summary Procedure

(7th grade science)

• • Upon receiving a test, students must complete a

“ __________ Test Corrections/Summary” assignment

• • Place appropriate Nb# and date in the heading, along with a line for grade, line for parent signature, and a line for teacher initial

IN PEN OR PENCIL:

• • For each section of the test, students must create a 1 or 2 sentence summary, indicating topic and type of question for each section

  • For each section of the test, students must provide an example question and answer...this is simply copying a test question and providing the correct answer

IF a student misses a question(s) within a section, an example question and answer is NOT NECESSARY, because….

IN RED:

• • For each missed question, students write the question number, question and ‘correct’ answer in RED, indicating a ‘new and correct response’

Students may have an option to add points back to their test, dependent on original test grade AND successful completion of the TC/S task
