Rachel Altorfer, M.S. CCC-SLP: I have worked in the Madison School district since 2009! I've solely been in the middle school STEP (Autism) program for the past 8 years. After trekking from that grand state of Wisconsin (Go Packers!), I graduated with my master's from Northern Arizona University. When I'm not working, I'm very busy chasing 3 boys around the house.

Lily Behboodi: I have worked in the Madison School District since 2010 and work with our middle schoolers at Madison #1. I graduated from the University of Arizona. I'm a Phoenix native and actually attended Madison Meadows as a kid. My husband and I love to travel and spend time with our mini Aussiedoodle puppy!

Caitlin Beidler: I have worked at Madison Rose Lane as the speech language pathologist in the STEP program for the past 5 years. I currently service students in Kindergarten through 4th grade. Prior to that, I worked in an autism program for 3 years in Peoria school district. I graduated from Arizona State University with my bachelor's degree, and from James Madison University with my master's degree. My husband and I share a son and a daughter, and two blue heeler pups! I love to read, bike, and be in the mountains (preferably next to a river).

Laura Crowley: This is my 4th year with Madison and my second year at Rose Lane. I graduated in 2005 from Smith College in Massachusetts with a B.A. in psychology and received my Master Degree in Communication DIsorders in 2011 from Arizona State University. I am the proud parent of twin girls who are in the second grade at Rose Lane! I love musical theater, Harry Potter, and jigsaw puzzles.

Holly Ford: I have been the speech-language pathologist at Madison Simis Elementary since 2014, serving students with communication needs from pre-K through 4th grade. I have a B.A. in English from ASU, a B.S. in Communicative Disorders from USU, a M.P.A. in Public and Nonprofit Administration from ASU and a M.S. in Speech Language Pathology from WKU. I also live in and have a daughter attending the Madison District. I love the Madison schools and community!

Jill Basham: I have been a Speech Language Pathologist for the Madison School District since Fall 2020 at Madison Meadows Middle School and Madison Heights Elementary School. I have a B.S. in biology from ASU and a M.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from NAU. I love hanging out with my husband and three daughters! Our hobbies include gardening, hiking and camping!
