AP Physics C: Mechanics

Welcome to AP Physics

This is a college level course designed for high school. We will take an in-depth look at Newtonian Mechanics and how we can understand the world around us with near-perfect precision. Topics of focus include forces, motion, energy, and momentum through the lens of rockets and roller coasters.

This course is designed to help prepare students for the annual AP Physics C: Mechanics test in May. We use Physics for Scientists and Engineers by Knight as our text. As an additional reference guide I would suggest 5 Steps to a 5.
