Dear Students & Parents,

We have had a great first week of school. Students are getting back into the school routine and attending classes. It is great to see students and teachers back at in the classroom engaged in learning. It is also great to see all our sports teams and clubs getting underway.

A few upcoming school events next week:

During Advisory we will have class meetings

• Tuesday: Freshman (School Rules, Expectations & Chromebooks Insurance)
• Wednesday: Sophomores (School Rules, Expectations & Chromebook Insurance)
• Thursday: Seniors (School Rules, Senior Privileges, Expectations & Chromebook Insurance)
• Friday: Juniors (School Rules, Expectations & Chromebook Insurance)

Chromebooks

On Tuesday we will provide the freshman with the Chromebook user policy that needs to be filled out by a parent or guardian before a Chromebook can be issued to any student. WE ALSO HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT CHROMEBOOK INSURANCE IS PURCHASED. This ensures damage to the Chromebook is covered. Without the insurance students/families are financially responsible for any damage to the Chromebook. This is fully explained in the Chromebook agreement policy.

• Chromebooks will be distributed to freshman on Thursday 9/5 during Advisory.

LHS Open House

• Reminder to parents that LHS Open House is 6-8PM on Thursday 9/12/19. Hope to see you there.
