Two Week Look Ahead

Two Week Look Ahead - April 5, 2019

We are now into fourth term and the countdown is on for prom, graduation, and other year-end activities. However, in school, our students are focused on Advanced Placement exams, the SAT, MCAS, and other projects and assessments being given in classrooms.

Seniors are counting down the days of classes that remain for them. There aren’t many days left for the Class of 2019, before they take final exams. The week of Memorial Day is when all of the Senior activities take place. The Senior Motorcade will run through the Primary School, Turkey Hill Elementary School, and around the bus loop at LMHS before parking in the student parking lot. Seniors will take one lap around LMHS while being cheered on by their teachers and classmates. After their lap, students will have their Senior Breakfast in the cafeteria, followed by the Senior Video. It should be a fun day!

Graduation will be held on Saturday, June 1 at 10:00 am on the main grass field. This event is open to the public. We will have about 600 seats on the field along with all of the bleacher seating. In the event of inclement weather, the graduation ceremony will be held in the gymnasium and simulcast into the auditorium. I will need to make the call on an indoor or outdoor ceremony by noon on Friday, May 31.
