ALL FAMILIES ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THIS TRANSPORTATION FORM WITH THE EXCEPTION OF:

Bus Fee Payments
A continuation of the bus fee was voted & approved at the 4-1-26 School Committee meeting for the 2026/2027 school year. Below are the payment guidelines and fee structure:
Payment Guidelines
Grades K-6 : 0-1.99 miles are charged
Grades K-6 : 2 or more miles no charge
Grades 7-12 : all students charged
Fee Structure
$180 Families with 1 student
$50 Families with 1 student that qualify for a reduced fee (by submitting a free/reduced application)
$270 Families with 2 or more students
$75 Families with 2 or more students that qualify for a reduced fee (by submitting a free/reduced application)

***Please do not apply for free/reduced benefits below if you are already receiving meal benefits forschool year 2025/2026 currently. These
forms below are only for NEW families that have not applied previously.
Any family that believes they may qualify for a free or reduced fee(for lunch, athletics, bus, or student activities) has to complete and submit BOTH the free/reduced application below AND the Sharing Information Form found in the links below.
Families that do not check the third box on the Sharing Information Form for Transportation fees, will not be considered for a free or reduced fee for bussing.

Bus Fee Waiver
Note: Please do not complete and submit this waiver if you will be submitting a free/reduced application. This waiver form for fees should only be submitted if you feel your family has certain special circumstances or a hardship. A link to complete the online waiver is below:

ATTN: BUS FEE If we cannot verify that payment has been made by June 1st, your child (ren's) name(s) will not be submitted on the roster we provide to the bus company for transportation.

THE DEADLINE DATE TO SUBMIT THIS FORM IS MAY 1, 2026. FAILURE TO SUBMIT THIS TRANSPORTATION FORM BY THE DEADLINE WILL RESULT IN THE STUDENT BEING PLACED ON A WAITING LIST IN ORDER OF RECEIPT FOR UP TO 60 DAYS.
