Grades will be determined using a weighted point system. Practice points are earned from classwork and home learning assignments. Practice points will be 25% of the final grade. Points earned from home learning assignments will be no more than 10% of the final grade. Assessments (i.e. quick checks, quizzes, and tests) will be 75% of the final grade.

Letter grades for marking period grades are assigned as follows:

90 – 100 A

80 – 89 B

70 – 79 C

60 – 69 D

Below 60 F

Students and parents should consult Genesis regularly.

Unless otherwise noted, late assignments will be accepted without penalty up until the lesson/chapter assessment.
