District Grading Policy
Homework: 10% of final grade
Classwork: 30% of final grade
Participation: 15% of final grade
Will be assessed at least 3 times per marking period, using the LTPS participation rubric
Summative Assessments: 45% of final grade
District Second-Chance Learning (SCL) Policy** - Late assignments can be turned in (for credit) up to 3 school days after the due date (10% deducted per day). Assignments turned in on days 4 through 7 after the due date can earn no higher than a 65%.
Assignments turned in on the due date, which earn less than 65%, can be turned in for a maximum score of 65%, up to 3 days after the graded assignment is returned.
