Medical Information 

To be able to participate this summer, you must have a physical on file within the past 365 Days.

Here is a link to our webpage that has all the information on how to make sure you are medically cleared for next season.  You also must register online.  I recommend getting a physical as soon as possible.  Players that wait until last minute are usually not able to tryout because they are not medically cleared.
