Get some paper and markers ready, maybe even add some hair or a body with fabric or yarn!
All you need is paper, scissors, glue, and a marker or crayon!
This is the method that seemed the most straight forward.
Start at about 4 minutes in for second method using elastic. It shows a sewing machine, but it can be done by hand. Fabric is about 18" long and 3-4" wide. There is also a way to knot the elastic that is shown to save on sewing, but measure 8 1/2 " elastic if making a knot.
