WHAT TO BRING:
Please arrive 10-minutes before scheduled match time
Please bring ONE unopened can of tennis balls for your event
Please bring rackets, chair, water, shade, and snacks as needed
A GREAT ATTITUDE OF SPORTSMANSHIP… there will be zero tolerance for verbal abuse, racket abuse, or ball abuse during our events. We have a great tradition of hosting some amazing events with some amazing athletes. Let’s keep that tradition!!
REMINDERS FOR PARENTS/SPECTATORS/COACHES…
There is NO coaching allowed during matches at the KC Summer Slam Events
Feel free to “coach them up” in between matches – but let them play when on the courts and cheer them on
Players are responsible for keeping score, interpreting rules, and calling shots as in or out – no audience input needed
Players will have the ability to ask the Tournament Site Director if they need assistance on scoring or rule interpretations
Make sure to bring water, chairs, and shade as well

It is called the KC SUMMER Slam for a reason. It will be HOT. Prepare yourself.
