Essential Question: How do interactions among varied cultures influence our world?
From about 1400-1600, many explorers set out on to discover the new world. The European countries that sent out explorers on voyages include England, France, Portugal, Spain, Italy, and Holland. Explorers were motivated by Gold, God, and Glory. They wanted to gain riches through trade, achieve glory for their discoveries, and spread the religion of their country. These voyagers had a profound impact on our world.
