Our scope of work is focused on improving the quality of early care and education through three key initiatives:

Differentiated Coaching

OTb5 will provide high-quality coaching for child care staff using a research based model that supports child and teacher interactions and the use of high-quality instructional tools. 

Group Training

Group training will be made up of a combination of Louisiana Key Training Modules (training modules provided by the Louisiana Department of Education) and contractor created training modules.

Early Childhood Resource Centers

OTb5 will act as a centralized source of child care information, supporting families and the child care industry in the community. This includes providing emergency respite care in Critical Transportation Needs Shelters in times of natural disasters or other declared emergencies as needed.
