About Mrs. Nelson (director):

I graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory of Music and Dance in 2015 and am in my 5th year of teaching (second year in Liberty). I am currently working on my masters degree in Choral Music Education during the summers at Florida State University. I am married and have 1 furchild (a 6 year old Siberian Husky). I grew up in Liberty and am an LHS grad. I enjoy yoga, reading, and video games in my free time. Plus making music, of course!

About Mrs. Fuller (accompanist):

I have accompanied vocalists and instrumentalists in various roles for over 30 years. I earned bachelor’s degrees in elementary and early childhood education from the University of Northern Iowa and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. I taught for 15 years - 7 of them in Liberty Public Schools and 8 at a private preschool. This is my second year at SVMS. My husband and I keep busy supporting our teenage son and daughter with their athletic and music activities, and I am involved in the music and children’s ministries at our church. I enjoy running, baking, reading, and playing games with my family.
