Snack/Water Bottles
Students will be given time each morning for a healthy snack provided from home. We ask that snacks are easy for the student to manage. Teachers will not be supplying snacks.
Each student needs to bring a water bottle to be used at school Please limit water bottles to 24oz or less. Water fountains are off limits right now.
Homework/
Back & Forth Folders
A homework packet will be sent home on Monday in students' folders. This will need to be completed and returned on Friday. Back & Forth Folders will also contain completed/graded work as well as important information from the school.

Behavior/PBIS
Our behavior plans give your child the experience to make positive choices. We promote the responsibility and ownership of behavior.
Moody has adopted a school wide Positive Behavior Intervention Support System. The system is called “Rams Pride”. These principles will be implemented and reinforced school wide.

Lunch
Second grade will have lunch daily from 12:15-12:55.
Toys
Please do not send any toys to school with your child. It is not a good idea because they can get broken or lost. Toys will be taken away and returned at the end of the day.
Birthdays
We know that birthdays are a reason for celebration. We ask that you refrain from sending treats. Non-edible items such as pencils and stickers may be passed out at the end of the school day. Thanks for your cooperation.
