Personal:

I am a Colorado native who grew up in Arvada. I completed my student teaching at Arapahoe High School under an amazing P.E. department and am so excited to be back in Littleton Public Schools!  I absolutely love teaching middle school students the value of leading a healthy and physical lifestyle! This is my 10th year at Powell and I have loved every minute of it so far!

I am a mom of 3 amazing kids, who keep me very busy, keep me laughing and on my toes.  I love traveling, going to the movies, being physically active, and hanging out with my family and friends.

"We know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong, and that hardy spirits and tough minds usually inhabit sound bodies."

Powell students who have Physical Education will be required to dress out in an appropriate, school approved Powell Physical Education uniform.  The appropriate PE uniform consists of a Grey Powell Physical Education t-shirt, and Black Powell Physical Education shorts.  Uniforms will be required for daily participation.

Additional shirts, shorts, and locks have been purchased and are available throughout the year. If your son/daughter needs to purchase an additional uniform and/or lock, they should bring a check or cash with them to class. Students will purchase these items directly from their PE teacher before or after class. The cost is $10 for shirts, $10 for shorts, and $5 for a lock.

PLEASE NOTE

Students may use last year's Powell Physical Education uniform and lock. Purchases are for students who need new uniforms and/or additional uniforms, or a lock for the 2019-2020 school year.
