I am a Colorado native who grew up in Arvada. I completed my student teaching at Arapahoe High School under an amazing P.E. department and am so excited to be back in Littleton Public Schools! I absolutely love teaching middle school students the value of leading a healthy and physical lifestyle! This is my 12th year at Powell and I have loved every minute of it so far!
I am a mom of 3 Arapahoe teens, who keep me very busy, keep me laughing and on my toes. I love traveling, going to the movies, being physically active, and hanging out with my family and friends.
"We know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong, and that hardy spirits and tough minds usually inhabit sound bodies."
