Mr. Tuke

I am extremely excited to continue to have the opportunity to be on the Venture Core team this year!  After graduating from the University of Oregon with a BS in Environmental Studies and then obtaining a Masters of Arts and Teaching from Pacific University, I have had the privilege to teach both science and math at the middle and high school levels.  I have discovered an affinity for middle school kids, and I am very pleased to be teaching them and preparing them for high school.

After spending 3 years teaching math and science in Alamosa, Colorado, my wife and I moved back to the Denver. I taught 7th grade math in Douglas County before arriving at Euclid in 2016. We love living in Colorado and would not want to live anywhere else. I am passionate about all kinds of music, and one of our favorite vacation spots is Telluride for the Bluegrass Festival. Our favorite music venue in the area is Red Rocks Amphitheater.  I am also a die hard Tennessee Titans football fan as I grew up in Nashville. Being a devoted Saint Bernard owner, we have two beautiful Saint Bernard dogs who love to go for walks and play together in our backyard.  Two of the most relaxing things that I do in my spare time are playing disc golf and cooking.

I look forward to spending the rest of the year getting to know everyone and being a part of this vibrant and committed educational community.
