CultureGrams  contains concise, reliable and up-to-date information on more than 187 countries of the world. CultureGrams gives an insider's perspective on daily life and culture, including the history, customs, and lifestyles of the world's people. 

ABC World Food is a comprehensive database of recipes and food culture articles for 174 countries. Think of it as a world cookbook for 174 countries, although it’s much more.
