Primary Textbook: Georgia High School Mathematics
Objectives: Math courses meet the Georgia Performance Standard (GPS) for Math
Courses: Grades 9 - 12. Math courses are designed to provide students with a rigorous program of study in mathematics. These courses prepare students to enter college (Individual course outline available upon request) and meets Georgia Mathematics requirements for graduation..
Prerequisites: Successfully complete Prior Grade Mathematics.
Required Tools: Scientific calculator, 12-inch ruler, math notebooks, and pencils.
Attendance: Students must attend and participate in classroom activities to gain the most benefit from each math course.
Grade: Final grade is based on the following assessments*:

Organized Math Notebook
Since documentation of student’s work affects final grade, it is recommended that students have separate mathematics notebooks that are keep in the classroom and returned to the student during transition to the high school or upon existing the program.
Severe disruptions or misbehavior will result in immediate referral to an administrator. Dress code and the tardy policy will be strictly enforced according to the school policies: NO DRUGS and NO student’s ELECTRONIC DEVISE are allowed on school premises.
