Meet Mrs. McKittrick

Hello! My name is Beckie McKittrick, and I’m so proud to be a member of the Wolf Swamp Road School family. I hold a B.A. in English from Framingham State University and a Master’s in Early Childhood Education from Lesley University. In addition to my academic background, I am trained in the Orton-Gillingham Approach, a structured, multisensory method for teaching reading. 

I grew up in the Berkshires and have lived in East Longmeadow with my family for the past 21 years. I have three adult children, one dog named Emmie, and two cats, Phoebe and Prudence. Mr. McKittrick and I love spending time at the beach whenever we can, and we enjoy going to concerts, the theater, and the movies. 

This year marks my 15th year teaching kindergarten, and I continue to find joy and inspiration in helping young learners grow and thrive every day.
