Powerschool and Grading Policy

• Final grade for the course will include both a midterm and final exam grade.

COURSE AND CLASSROOM POLICIES:

• • Homework will be assigned every night to help you review concepts covered during class. It is my expectation that all homework assignments be completed. Because I understand that occasionally it may not be possible to complete an assignment on time, I allow two late assignments per marking term. These assignments must be made up within one week of their due date to receive full credit. After the two late “passes” have been used, all subsequent late homework assignments (completed within the allotted time) will receive only ½ credit.

  • If you are absent, the following rules will apply:

    • Homework may be turned in the following day for full credit.

    • Quizzes and tests need to be completed within a week.

  • Any quizzes or tests announced several days in advance will need to be taken on that day.
