Masters of Education
in Counseling
The Master of Education in Counseling is a broad-based generalist degree that exposes students to a variety of skills in mental health counseling. The program is accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP) standards. The master's degree in Counseling with specialization in Mental Health Counseling has been accredited by CACREP since 1996, indicating that it has met or exceeded CACREP standards for counselor preparation.
