Managing Images and Data Through Image & Data Management

You can view and download subject data and images after picture day from Image & Data Management. Image & Data Management can be accessed through the top navigation bar of the Lifetouch Portal or from the Key Tasks area of the Lifetouch Portal home page.

Keep in mind the following things about Image & Data Management:

• • Currently, the images that flow through are for Spring Individuals, Fall Individuals and Underclass Grads

  • A district user can choose to see images for all locations, or for a specific school location.

  • You can download the images and data as often as you need.

  • The images are not geared for yearbook usage. Please work with your Lifetouch representative for your yearbook needs.

  • For large accounts and districts, it may take several seconds for the Image & Data Management page to load. Likewise, when doing a download, depending upon how the download is configured, it may take several minutes to complete the download process.

  • If a student or staff member is not photographed, they will not appear in Image & Data Management unless the school adds them manually as a subject in Image & Data Management.
