Meet Mrs. Etchison

Mrs. Etchison (Pre-K Teacher/Director)

I have been part of the Liberty family since 2007. During my time at LCS I have taught Preschool, Pre-K, was an aide to 1^st and 2^nd grade, and helped in the lunchroom. 2010 was the year I began serving the dual role of Pre-K teacher and Little Lions Learning Center Director.

I graduated from Anderson University with a degree in Family Science. The year following graduation I worked in a children’s home and decided I wanted to work with younger children. Following my wedding I returned to Anderson & worked in a daycare for 8 yrs. as a Preschool/Pre-K teacher. The year prior to coming to LCS I began to pray that God would ease the unsettling feeling I had about where I was working. He opened the doors for me at LCS at the perfect time for our family! I still, to this day, give Him all the credit for why I am here!

My husband Greg (of 23 years) and I are blessed to be the parents of a beautiful daughter named Abby. She is a Senior this year and has been attending LCS since she was 3 yrs. Old.

We are active in our church, Anderson 1st Church of the Nazarene. As a family we enjoy traveling, camping, four wheeling, riding bikes, swimming, canoeing/kayaking, watching movies, playing games, traveling, and spending time with friends. I enjoy reading, taking pictures, digital scrapbooking, shopping, & having coffee with friends.

Being a part of the Liberty Christian family has been a blessing to our family!
