June 17 - A VISIT WITH PETER ROWLEY, 7 pm LGHS Barn

The settling of Rowleys Bay (1840-2019) Peter and Alice Rowley are followed by Samuel and Julia Blawis Rogers.

July 15 - VIKING RESTAURANT—MORE THAN A FISH BOIL, 7 pm LGHS Barn

Viking Restaurant (1939-2019) 80 years serving Liberty Grove residents and visitors.

Presenters: Members Nyla Wickman Small, Rosemary Voight and Dan Peterson


August 19 - HISTORICAL DREAMERS, 7 pm LGHS Barn

Historical Society founders of 1999 inspire the community and organize the Liberty Grove Hisorical Society in June 2000.

Presenters: Members Marylin Banzhaf, Marcy Farber and an audience of early dreamers.


September 8 - GARRETT BAY LOGGING TO ELLISON WONDERLAND

Time 2 to 4 PM at Silver Popular Studios, 1519 East Door Bluff Road, Ellison Bay. Bring folding chair, if needed. No restroom.

One of the first buildings in Liberty Grove circa 1850s has been repurposed into a home, studio and two cottages surrounded by gardens, woods and meadows.
