Emily Conti

Hello School #3 Families! My name is Emily Conti and I am thrilled to be the school counselor for our 3rd and 4th grade students. I am entering my third year as a school counselor, and looking forward to my first year with the Little Falls Community. 

I am a proud graduate of the University of Delaware (Go Hens!) where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Human Services with double minors in Disability Studies/Educational Studies and I earned my Master's in School Counseling at Montclair State University. 

My core belief is that a school counselor's role is to care for and advocate for their students and create and environment in which students feel happy and safe. Our district theme is "Together We Fly" - or when we work together we can achieve greatness. My goal is to collaborate with students, families, and teachers to help students reach their full social, emotional, and academic potential. I strive to empower students with tools and skills that will allow them to be independent and contributing members of their Hornet Community.
