Here are the General Requirements for a Science & Engineering Fair Project

Here are the guidelines for all forms based on your project type.  

Here is a template for your Research Plan (You must select & use the template for your project type)

Use this document to determine what additional forms your project needs (LHS strongly cautions against the use of vertebrate animals & human subjects due to paperwork and difficulty of approval)

Use this link to all the relevant forms and information about completing. Here you can preview the various forms. BUT all forms mustbe filled out through zFairs (except Form 4, if required for your project).

ALL approval for Science & Engineering Fair Projects is conducted through your ZFairs account and not by LHS.  Your LHS teacher-sponsor or LHS Science Fair Coordinator (Mr. Hobbs - rhobbs@lexingtonma.org) can help you troubleshoot and prepare. Z-Fairs/SRC Approval must occur before experimentation begins.
