"A leader is the man who has the ability to get other people to do what they don't want to do, and like it"

-Harry S. Truman

"There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure"

-Colin Powell

One man can make a difference.

Lee County High School NJROTC has been a cornerstone of service to the surrounding community since its establishment in 1981. We have set our focus upon producing leaders, building effective relationships, and emphasizing the importance of citizenship. This program is one of the most unique electives your child could immerse themselves in. It is simply a great opportunity for them to further their knowledge on the basic principles of citizenship and discipline as well as to help develop their character into one that reflects obedience and respectfulness.

We expect all cadets to put forth their very best effort in everything that they do.

To fully experience all of the opportunities and benefits of Lee County NJROTC, each individual must commit themselves to the program in one form or another. Whether it is being consistently active in a Team or routinely participating in Community Service projects, ALL CADETS must contribute to the Unit.
