Welcome to 8th grade U.S. History!

In 8th grade Social Studies, students will learn about the history of the United States from early colonial days through the Reconstruction period. As a history enthusiast, I am extremely excited to guide the 8th graders through the years of 1215 - 1877. Our units of study will include:

1- Exploration and Colonization Era

2 - Revolution Era

3 - Constitution Era and US Government

4 - Early Republic Era

5 - Expanding Nation Era

6 - Civil War and Reconstruction Era

We will use Google Classroom to organize our learning. It is very important to check it daily, for important class announcements, assignments and resources.
