Ms. Greene's Math APS

APS is a course designed to help support the ELA and Math curriculums. It is a required course for all students who do not qualify for QUEST. It is NOT an elective, study hall or homework period. The curriculum is designed to help enrich the skills taught in regular ELA and Math class.

The purpose of Math APS (Academic and Personal Success) is to provide enrichment and support for the math curriculum. APS is not designed to be a study hall and we will not be assigning homework. We are focusing on interaction and collaboration between students while developing the math and academic skills needed for students to be successful in their core math class. In addition to math skills, we work on Academic Behaviors. We work on organization, goal setting, study skills, time management, etc. These behaviors improve student success both in academic settings and in life itself.

I am looking forward to an amazing year!
