About Me

Welcome to my website! I am very excited to teach your child reading, writing and math and to watch them grow into independent young learners.  

This is my 12th year teaching in Leander ISD and my 22nd year as a special education teacher. I graduated from Texas State University in 1998 with a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1996. I have lived in the Cedar Park area since 1998 with my husband Troy and two sons, Ian and Todd.  Both of my children graduated from Cedar Park High School and continue to amaze me every day. I enjoy hiking, cycling, and camping with my family and can be found hiking or cycling on one of our local trails every weekend.
