Capitol BEST (Boosting Engineering, Science, and Technology) is an engineering challenge that requires Teams to design and build a robot that meets the challenge revealed at the kickoff. Teams are provided with a control system (VEX), motors and servos which are part of the returnable kit. Additionally a consumable kit is provided which contains various materials that can be used to make the parts for the robot. Almost all parts need to be designed and manufactured out of these materials.
Teams have 6 weeks from Kickoff to Competition.
